Dates

In the setting of the Leipzig Gewandhaus, the awards ceremony is held in March of each year to mark the opening of the Leipzig Book Fair. The next award ceremony will be held on 13 March 2013.

As specified in the statutes, nominations for winners of the award and a written reasoning are submitted to the awards office. Self-nominations are not possible. The closing date for the following year’s nominations is June 30.
