Important notice:
1. Prices
The prices listed are gross prices, excluding processing fees. AVolumes listed are annual volumes.
2. Processing fees
There are no processing fees for orders of free information material (one issue of the free materials each)or rather in a quantity that does not exceed the postage costs for sending a letter and for orders collected at Leipzig Information, Richard-Wagner-Strasse 1, 04109 Leipzig, Germany during its opening hours.
When ordering more than one copy of any free information material or rather in a quantity that does exceed the postage costs for sending a letter or ordering priced goods, a processing fee of 5.00 euros is payable. A fee of 6.70 euros is payable for parcels weighing between 2 – 5 kg, a fee of 9.70 euros for parcels between 5 – 10 kg, and a fee of 13.00 euros for parcels weighing between 10 – 20 kg. Please see our Terms and conditions for additional details.
Goods with a value of 30.00 euros and above are sent by registered mail at an additional fee of 6.50 euros.
All fees are payable prior delivery to Leipzig Tourist Service e.V. either by bank transfer to bank account no. 11 80 22 71 70 at Sparkasse Leipzig, bank code number 860 555 92 or by crossed cheque.
