The "K: KafKa in KomiKs" exhibition features three very different Kafka illustrators. The graphic novels of the American illustrator Robert Crumb, the French illustrator Chantal Montellier and the Czech musician and illustrator Jaromir 99 combine important information in the biography of Kafka from his childhood up to the Kafka cult. The ambiguity and vividness of Kafka's work and the fusion of reality and visions are visually comprehensible in the woodcut-like black and white drawings. This produces a multi-faceted picture of Franz Kafka and his work, which turn the exhibition into a wide-ranging experience.
On 5 February 2016 comic artists will give readings from their latest issues.
