The scholarschips apply to refugees with a first academic qualification, who have gained some initial professional experience, provide records of excellent academic and extracurricular performances. For the M.Sc. in Management a first degree in business studies is required, for the MBA program a first academic degree regardless of the field of studies.
HHL Dean Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart says, "Responsibility is a crucial principle of our actions and is deeply rooted in our mission statement. By helping refugees in various ways, with activities bundled at HHL by the 'Voice of Hope' group, we would like to make an active contribution to relieving the current humanitarian situation.
The full scholarships for the two Master in Management programs (MBA and M.Sc.) are reminiscent of Fridtjof Nansen (1861-1930), who was awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize for his contribution to the international aid to refugees.
